    Once you have created an account at The Olive Oil Source Wholesale Store and you are logged in, you can use the Search box in the upper right corner of the site to look for products by type or name.

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship internationally. Orders to Canada can be made online. Orders to all other non-U.S. destinations must be placed directly with The Olive Oil Source and paid by wire transfer.

  3. Do you accept non-U.S. credit cards?

    Orders to all non-U.S. destinations except Canada must be placed directly with The Olive Oil Source and paid by wire transfer.

    Our bank does not charge our customers for wire transfers. However, your bank will most likely use an interim bank which may charge additional fees. Please make sure your bank notifies you of all fees incurred during the wire transfer process to insure that the whole amount of your invoice is received by our bank. Once we receive payment, we will process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  4. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

    Yes. boutique.oliveoilsource.com is a verified Authorize.Net merchant.

    If you have forgotten your username, please email The Olive Oil Source Boutique at boutiquesales@oliveoilsource.com for assistance.

    At The Olive Oil Source Boutique, shipping quotes are calculated at Checkout based on the items in your shopping cart and your mailing address. You may select UPS Ground or faster UPS shipping methods, which are calculated by UPS.

    Only the First Press and First Press Kits are not shipped UPS. If you order either of these large items, we will call you about shipping details.

  13. Can I have items gift-wrapped?

    Gift wrap is available for all products at The Olive Oil Source Boutique unless specifically noted in the description. For example, gift wrap is not available for items such as glass bottles and large fusti.

    To request gift wrapping for all items in your cart (except those for which it is not available), complete the Gift Wrapping section on the Checkout page. Gift wrapping costs $5 per item.

    If you have a coupon code for The Olive Oil Source Boutique, enter it in your Shopping Cart or at Checkout.

    You can check the status of the orders shipped via UPS from our warehouse.

    You can also access this information by clicking on "Track Your Orders" in the footer of The Olive Oil Source Boutique.

    Note that this tracking information will not include any items shipped by truck or directly from one of our suppliers. This does not mean that your order was not shipped.
