Beautiful Italian made stainless steel fusti are very easy to clean and can be used for olive oil, as well as for liquids such as wine, milk, or other oils. They have an airtight screw-down lid and comfortable handles at the top. They can be topped off with inert gas in small spray cans to further minimize oxidation. They come either with a chromed cast brass spigot (shown here on fusti picture) or with a stainless steel dripless spigot.

30L is a good size for olive oil producers and is easy to bottle from.
