This E.V.O.O. is a beautifully balanced blend of organic Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Maurino varietals grown in the Santa Rita Hills AVA. While most of this area is dedicated to making some of the best Pinot Noirs coming out of California, this oil is proof that it is fabulous terroir for olives as well. Since the oil comes from a very small orchard, we only have a very limited quantity of it and will not have it available again for a year.
