We blended this oil with summer dishes in mind. It is fruity and just a little bit peppery. We recommend using it on any summer vegetables, on a dish of tomatoes and mozzarella, or in a vinaigrette on a fresh crisp salad. It is presented in a beautiful Italian cruet bottle with a lovely label inspired by California poppies.

Figueroa Farms is our home and is based in the picturesque Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County, California, at the foot of Figueroa Mountain. The rolling hills of Santa Ynez Valley share the same latitude, climate, and conditions as the renowned olive regions of Italy and Spain. Olive groves thrive here, and we think that one day Santa Ynez Valley will rival the world's prime olive oil-producing regions. We have 4,500 olive trees and a state of the art mill. We make all the Figueroa Farms oils ourselves here from our fruit and neighboring orchards and have won many awards, national and international, over the years.
