Figueroa Farms Spring Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This extra virgin olive oil is fresh off the mill. This is olive juice at its freshest. It has a great aroma with an intense flavor and a peppery finish. It is perfect to complement relatively strong tasting dishes, such as a nicoise olive and mint pesto, green olive and pecan tapenade, cilantro and sun-dried tomato pesto, or roasted pepper tapas.
It is packaged in a beautiful Italian cruet bottle with a lovely label inspired by spring colors.
Figueroa Farms is our home and is based in the picturesque Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County, California, at the foot of Figueroa Mountain. The rolling hills of Santa Ynez Valley share the same latitude, climate, and conditions as the renowned olive regions of Italy and Spain. Olive groves thrive here, and we think that one day Santa Ynez Valley will rival the world's prime olive oil-producing regions. We have 4,500 olive trees and a state of the art mill. We make all the Figueroa Farms oils ourselves here from our fruit and neighboring orchards and have won many awards, national and international, over the years.
