Figueroa Farms Organic Estate Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our organic estate blend this year draws heavily on the classic Italian varietals (grown in California) of Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino and Maurino with a smattering of other varietals like Itrana, Grappolo, and San Felice. It has aromas of fresh green tomatoes (not fried!) and citrus rind with flavors of tomato and artichoke. It is mildly bitter and moderately pungent. Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil by the California Olive Oil Council and certified Organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers.
