This fresh and flavorful extra virgin olive oil was made especially for the holidays. It is made from a blend of hand picked olives at our state-of-the-art mill with the utmost care to achieve the best quality possible. It is a fairly mild oil, suitable for a wide variety of uses. We recommend it blended in salad dressing, drizzled over cheese and vegetables, or baked potatoes, as a marinade for fish, or tossed with pasta and herbs. One of our favorite things is to use it to make guacamole.

Figueroa Farms also brings you a wonderful balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. It is made from acetified grape must matured using the Solera method of blending, transferring the vinegar between a succession of high quality barrels of different sizes. This vinegar is thick and its aroma is wonderful. The flavor hints of boysenberry, coffee, and chocolate. The balance between sweetness and acidity is just right. You will enjoy it in salads as well as a condiment on carpaccio, goat cheese, melon and proscuitto. The density is 1.3. It is called a 10 year old balsamic vinegar in the United States. May contain sulfites.
