Discover the flavors of the Santa Ynez Valley in this fresh and delicious extra virgin olive oil. This blend is made of Italian varietal olives grown and milled in the Santa Ynez Valley by Figueroa Farms and two neighboring families. It has received multiple awards and medals over the years. It was chosen among the World's Best Oils by the German magazine "Der Feinschmecker" in 2006. It complements flavorful foods. We recommend drizzling it over grilled vegetables and cheeses to make an antipasta plate, or blending it with basil and garlic to make an assertive pesto sauce.
There is a fine balance of flavor elements – fruit, green grass, toasted straw and hazelnut, all supported by ample pungency and pepper from high levels of fresh anti-oxidants. It is round, with a full mouthfeel, weighty and satisfying. Structurally robust and immediate, all components are forward and available. This oil packs a punch!

Figueroa Farms is our home and is based in the picturesque Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County, California, at the foot of Figueroa Mountain. The rolling hills of Santa Ynez Valley share the same latitude, climate, and conditions as the renowned olive regions of Italy and Spain. Olive groves thrive here, and we think that one day Santa Ynez Valley will rival the world's prime olive oil-producing regions. We have 4,500 olive trees and a state of the art mill. We make all the Figueroa Farms oils ourselves here from our fruit and neighboring orchards and have won many awards, national and international, over the years.
