Each of these four extra virgin olive oils were made with seasonal produce and dishes in mind, to try to capture the flavors of each season. The Summer Blend is fruity and full-bodied; the Autumn Blend is spicy and robust; the Holiday Blend is flavorful yet fairly mild; and the Spring Blend is fresh and piquant.

These oils come in lovely Italian cruet bottles with labels inspired by the colors of each season. The series is a great addition to any kitchen, both from an aesthetic and a culinary point of view. Figueroa Farms is our home and is based in the picturesque Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County, California, at the foot of Figueroa Mountain. The rolling hills of Santa Ynez Valley share the same latitude, climate, and conditions as the renowned olive regions of Italy and Spain. Olive groves thrive here, and we think that one day Santa Ynez Valley will rival the world's prime olive oil-producing regions. We have 4,500 olive trees and a state of the art mill. We make all the oils ourselves here from our fruit and neighboring orchards and have won many awards, national and international, over the years. Certified Kosher.
